How Do I Get Saved and Have Eternal Life?
Regarding the subject of starting over, there are a few things to think about: in terms of faith and salvation, being religious and participating in church rituals won't rescue you. Furthermore, being reared in a Christian church does not guarantee salvation, even though it is usually advantageous if it is theologically sound. Doing nice deeds all your life or trying to earn your way won't save your soul. As a child, adolescent, or adult, family religious customs, baby water baptism, or communion (Eucharist) do not grant you eternal life; rather, they merely give you a false sense of security regarding your soul's salvation.
You may think, "If I do enough good in my life to outweigh the bad in God's eyes, He may let me into heaven." The Bible's unwavering truth and the words of the universe's ruler, Jesus Christ, indicate that this is untrue. Furthermore, we don't create the guidelines for entrance and acceptance through the portal to eternal life. This standard is set by God alone.
His grace, which is characterized as unmerited affection or favor: His mercy and love... the cost The main components of His Way, Truth, and the way to eternal life are what He sacrificed for on the cross. We must all keep in mind that we were initially loved by the Lord Jesus Christ.
We love him, because he first loved us. If a man say, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loves God love his brother also. 1 John 4:19
Believing in Jesus Christ and His resurrection from the dead, confessing your sins to the Lord, and having a deep desire to follow Christ are all equally crucial and necessary in order to be saved from hell.
🎁 It is a gift to be saved! However, salvation isn't something that just happens to everyone; you have to have faith, believe, confess your sins to God, and genuinely follow Jesus Christ as His disciple.
There is only one God, one name, and one path. You can receive the gift of salvation and eternal life in paradise by going directly to the Mediator Jesus Christ. You are rejecting God, the Father, who sent Jesus Christ, the Messiah. God wants everyone to enter paradise. But He gives you the option to either love or hate Him (your Maker). He created you in His likeness, not as a robot.
Correcting your lifestyle and sins is not a prerequisite for following Jesus Christ. Your life will be restored in the coming days and weeks. Seek salvation from Him today. We don't know when we might die, therefore there might not be a tomorrow or months to wait. Give your life to Him and let Him transform you so that your soul is restored and you have the strength and light to resist temptation and sins in the future.
Whereas you know not what shall be tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanishes away.
For that you ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. James 1:14
Are you saved? Today is the day for salvation, don't delay another day. The Bible says...
...for All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.. Romans 3
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. James 4:8
Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going; so how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the [only] Way [to God] and the [real] Truth and the [real] Life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14 {amp}
Do you wash yourself before taking a shower? No. The same is true of Christ, His love, and His pardon for our sins. You go to Him and confess your sins in order to cleanse your soul spiritually and transfer the burden of sin (transgressions) from your thoughts and shoulders to Christ through His pardon.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold (a slave) under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. Romans 7:14
I acknowledge my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest [forgives] the iniquity [guilt] of my sin. Psalm 32:5
Go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.” Matthew 9:13

Before following Jesus Christ, make sure you have a genuine true faith and desire to follow Him. That you are really committed and wanting Christ to change (transform) you.
At this point many of his disciples turned away and deserted him. Then Jesus turned to the Twelve and asked, “Are you also going to leave?” John 6
'They went out from us [seeming at first to be Christians], but they were not really of us [because they were not truly born again and spiritually transformed]; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; 1 John 2
Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test! 2 Corinthians 13
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11
HOW TO GET SAVED AND HAVE ETERNAL LIFE:
3 steps to pray (talking to God the Father):
1. Believe - what Jesus Christ (God manifested in human form), His death on the cross did for your sins.
2. Trust - and belief three days later, Jesus Christ rose from the dead bodily.
3. Confess - Jesus Christ is Your Lord and Savior, and confess your sins in repentance, and give your life over to Him to guide you, and His Holy Spirit living through you. Next step, follow Jesus Christ by growing deep in His Word, the Bible.
Do our prayers have to be flawless and articulate?
No, prayers are not religious mantras (words, sounds, or phrases repeated repeatedly) like those of Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Wiccans, certain Catholics, and other global faiths and cults. Rather, prayers are from the heart (soul). Biblical prayer is communicating your thoughts and feelings to the Father God, Jesus Christ, the Mediator, and the Holy Spirit.
Likewise the Spirit also helps our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Romans 8:26..
This basically implies that you should pray from your heart and thoughts without using fancy words since the Holy Spirit of God will pray on our behalf.
An example of a prayer would be: Father God, I thank you for Jesus Christ's suffering and death on the cross, and I apologize for all of my sins. Because I believe that you will eventually rise from the dead, I want to follow you and make you Lord and Savior of my life. In order for you to live through me, I offer you my life. Amen in the name of Jesus Christ.
